Orders over £75.00 incl VAT are delivered free of charge to most UK mainland addresses. Under £75.00 the charge is £8.95 including VAT. For the Highlands, certain Scottish postcodes and off-shore islands a fixed delivery charge of £15.00 incl VAT applies. For the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands a fixed charge of £20.00 incl VAT applies. Regrettably, we are currently unable to deliver to Republic of Ireland nor Northern Ireland.

Delighted with both the actual items, which were reasonably priced, and look great, now they’re finally installed, but also with the customer service. I contacted the company, as I got a weird text almost immediately, saying my parcel was going to be delivered that day. Given there have been so many delivery scams recently, I was concerned. I got a reply within half an hour from a very helpful young woman, who said she’d spoken to the factory, and they’d not even made my stair rods yet, so it was definitely a scam. It is unlikely we’ll nerd to buy any more stair rods again, but I recommend these without hesitation.

Excellent product. Excellent service. Really nice quality, easy to install- initially was daunted by having to saw through the rods but it was easy with a sharp hacksaw. Nice quality rod brackets too. Heavy. Product arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Highly recommended
