Delivery lead times vary by product – full information is provided in the product information on the relevant product page, scroll down to the DELIVERY TAB.
Many of our products are custom-made, to ensure fine quality. When completed and quality checked, orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer, using a next day delivery service (for most products and areas of the UK).
Typically, deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm on a weekday. It is not possible to book a time slot. However, the carrier does endeavour to text on the day of delivery. If you may be out, please add a note to your order (in the basket) indicating where an order can be left securely (at your own risk). Alternatively, you can provide a different delivery address to the invoice address by unticking the relevant box in the basket and supplying an address.

We offer free delivery for many of our products, including door thresholds and stair rods, dependent on your postcode.
Orders over £75.00 in value are delivered free of charge to most UK mainland addresses. Under £75.00 the charge is £8.95 including VAT.
For the Highlands and certain Scottish postcodes and off-shore islands a fixed delivery charge of £15.00 including VAT is charged. For the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands a fixed charge of £20.00 including VAT is charged. We have been forced to suspend delivery to Northern Ireland due to current customs issues – we hope this is temporary.
In order to secure volume discount, we use certain carriers, regardless of the dimensions or value of the order. We pass on these discounts to our customers. Please note we do not make profit on our delivery charges.
Deliveries require signing for (during Covid a name needs to be provide of who has accepted the parcel), unless an instruction to leave the parcel in a safe place was provided at the time of ordering. The carriers are not allowed, for security reasons, to follow any written instructions left for them at the delivery address and therefore your parcel, in this situation, would be returned to the depot and a calling card left. If it is likely that nobody will be available to sign for your delivery then it is best to complete a different delivery address to the billing address e.g. place of work or a neighbour, at the time of ordering. Please untick the box in the basket accordingly. Alternatively, you can provide brief instructions in the basket where to leave it if you are out; we suggest the place needs to be secure as this is at your own risk.

Regrettably, we are no longer able to ship to Europe including The Republic of Ireland.
We are also experiencing problems delivering to Northern Ireland & have had to suspend all orders to the BT postcode. We hope this is temporary and that customs issues will soon be resolved.
