Our chrome stair rods are robust and hard-wearing and chromed with a pristine finish. They withstand frequent foot traffic and are suitable for fitting internally in both residential and public buildings. All are supplied with a pair of brackets in a matching finish for a professional look.

Choice of style of rod

Many rods are cylindrical and plain in style. However, you can add an extra decorative element to your staircase with the reeded and spiral rod options, which are available in the Vision, Country, Crystal and Eastern Promise ranges.

Delivery time

Most of our stair rods are made-to-measure and then chrome plated before being polished, finished and quality-checked. As you can imagine, this all takes time and therefore do please allow sufficient lead time when ordering. This varies by collection:

• You should allow around 7-10 working days for delivery of stair rods in the Royale, Vision, Crystal, Country and Eastern Promise ranges.
• The chrome and brushed chrome finishes in the solid brass Premier designs take around 3 working weeks.
• However, the Homepride, Jubilee stair rods and the Victorian Stair Clip are held in stock and not made-to-measure and therefore are normally delivered within 3-4 working days.

Stainless steel option

We keep and eye on décor trends and have launched a stainless steel finish in the Blacksmith range to reflect the vogue for a more industrial or edgy home decorating style. The Blacksmith stair rods are made from steel and offered either in the traditional black or stainless steel finishes, offering an alternative dimension for those looking for a contemporary chrome stair rod.
