Specification:These solid brass stair rod brackets for cylindrical rods are supplied in pairs and come complete with matching screws. We also offer solid brass stair rod brackets for triangular rods.

Finishes:

There are seven finishes: polished brass, antique brass, satin brass, pewter, chrome, satin nickel, black.

Sizes:

There are two otpional sizes for 1/2" (12.5mm) diameter rods and the thicker 5/8" (16mm) diameter rods. If your stair rods are antique, you may find they are slightly thinner, in which case we can supply some foam inserts to stop your stair rods moving, for no extra cost. Please let us know when placing your order.

Suitability:

These stair rod brackets for cylindrical rodsare suitable for hollow and solid brass stair rods. The brackets for runner rods are hinged, with the stair rod clamped in place in the middle, and held in place with two screws on either side of the runner. The front fix brackets are suitable for fitted carpets and clamp over the top of the rod and are held in place with two screws through the carpet, whilst the side fix brackets are also suitable for fitted carpets and are screwed into the stringboard. Fitting:

It is important to note that stair rods and brackets are purely decorative and do not fix the carpet to the stairs: your flooring must be secured by another means of installation.

Cleaning your stair rod brackets:

These brackets have an invisible lacquer to protect them and keep them looking pristine. Simply wipe clean occasionally, and do not polish.
