Door Thresholds: Symwood door threshold: carpet to carpet or vinyl

Symwood door threshold specification:

The Symwood door threshold looks like a wooden door threshold but is synthetic, for maximum durability. It comes with a decorative inlay strip and fixing screws. The inlay neatly conceals the fixings, and creates a smart finish.

Designs:

The Double Symwood should be used when fixing carpet to carpet i.e. when the two floorcoverings to be joined are of a similar height, you can then choose to have a wide 33/8" (85mm) or narrow 13/4" (45mm) version, which is largely an aesthetic decision. The Single Symwood is for fixing carpet to another height of floorcovering such as vinyl, and is only available in the narrow option (45mm).

Finishes:

Choose from a warm brown wood effect with red tones, or a paler wood look with more yellow tones, like an oak threshold.

Cleaning your door threshold:

The Symwood door thresholds have an invisible lacquer to protect them and keep them looking pristine. Simply wipe clean occasionally, and do not polish.
