Specification of the Joints threshold strips:

Joints door strips are made from thick gauge aluminium, with a plain inlay strip, which conceals the fixing screws (supplied). They are very sturdy and durable (and nothing like the door strips that are automatically supplied by carpet fitters) and are suitable for covering the joins between carpets, carpet to vinyl, wood to wood; in fact virtually any combination of flooring. If your flooring surfaces are different heights, Joints simply tilt from one to the other.

Designs:

This design of door threshold strip is simple and elegant, and comes 38mm or 3.8cms (around 1 1/2") wide.

Finishes:

There is a choice of six metal finishes: polished brass, satin brass, chrome plated, bronze, pewter and satin nickel.

Cleaning your door bar:

The Joints door thresholds have an invisible lacquer to protect them and keep them looking pristine. Simply wipe clean occasionally, and do not polish.
