Specification for the Posh door plates:

The Posh solid brass door threshold is made from solid brass, and comes with a choice of decorative or plain inlay, which neatly conceals the fixing screws (supplied).

Designs:

There are two widths: 38mm (1 1/2") or 55mm (2 1/8"). Which width you select is a personal choice, but in period houses with deep door architrave, it is normal to choose the wider 55mm door bar.

Finishes:

Choose from polished brass or antique brass.

Suitability:

The Posh door plates are versatile and can be used to join a variety of floorcoverings including carpet to carpet, carpet to wood, carpet to laminate, wood to wood, vinyl to natural flooring - regardless of the differing heights of surface. The Posh solid brass door strip requires polishing from time to time, whereas Posh in antique brass finish requires no cleaning.
