Please read them through before placing your order. We may occasionally change these terms without notice to our customers, also referred to as ‘You' and changes will apply to all subsequent orders. The product offered on this website shall be governed by English Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Pricing and Payment
The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If however we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.

Ordering Online
Payment in full is due at the time of placing your order. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and JCB. All payments will be made in pounds sterling and we will validate your card details before your order can be accepted.

By Post
You can also pay by cheque, in which case please print off the completed order form and post it to us, with your cheque made out to The Moston Partnership Ltd.

By Telephone
Please telephone 01926 885523 to place your order. Telephone orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and JCB. All goods will remain the property of The Moston Partnership Ltd until paid for in full.

Payment Security
All card payments on our site are made on a secure payment page hosted by WorldPay. This means your credit card information is encrypted prior to being transferred to the bank for authorisation and your details are not filed on our computer system.

Guarantee and Returns Policy
Delivery
Delivery applies to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland addresses only. We aim to make deliveries within 14 days but please allow up to 21 days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after. All delivery dates provided are estimates and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery. Once goods are delivered to your designated address they become your sole responsibility and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods thereafter.

Refunds and Exchanges
Any defective goods or discrepancy noted need to be notified, in writing, within 5 days of delivery to The Moston Partnership Ltd. We will then make arrangements to collect, replace or refund your purchases. No refund or replacement can be made on goods, which have been cut or altered in any way. If, on receipt of your order, you are unhappy with your purchase, please telephone us on 01926 885523 and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your purchases, when possible and providing the goods have not been altered in any way. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellation of Order
Our stair rods are individually made for each order, so it is not possible to change or cancel the order once it is placed. For this reason, please read our measuring guidelines and take care to select the correct styles, lengths and finishes.Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Installation
The laying and fixing of the goods are your responsibility and we shall not in any event be liable for loss or damage caused, directly or indirectly, by our products.

Cleaning
Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods to surrounding surfaces e.g. flooring, paintwork.
